Refunds and Shipping Policy
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund if the unsuitable item is defective or damaged. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. These fees are not refundable.
To benefit from this policy, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
For an exchange or a return, you must contact us at the following address firstname.lastname@example.org to get our authorization.
To return or exchange an item, send it by mail to the following address 630 route Henderson, Saint-Malachie, QC, Canada G0R 3N0. The customer must pay the shipping costs to receive the exchanged product.
Once the refund is made by Handy Adapted Products Inc., you can allow 7 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
For hygienic reasons, the following products are neither refundable or exchangeable:
- Absorbent pad for feeding tube
- Swimsuit or diaper
- Absorbent and waterproof bib
- Protective feeding flap
- Feed tube brush (if the package is open)
Products purchased from a retail partner
Any refunds for items that were purchased from one of our retail partners will be made to the retailer from whom you made the purchase either in-store or online. No exceptions apply.
Envelope (4-10 business days) $5.00: No insurance on this type of shipment / at your own risk
Standard ( 2-5 business days) $11.00: Package with tracking numbers and insurance
Free shipping: The amount before tax may vary according to promotions and is only available for shipments to Canada and the USA.
*Shipping costs may change at any time.
If the item is in stock, the order will be processed within 2 business days. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a notification of the estimated processing time for your order by email.
*International shipping can take 7 to 20 days. Customs duties or other taxes upon arrival in the country are at the customer's expense.
In case the customer has provided the wrong shipping address and a second delivery has to be made, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs again.
